Za socialismu byla mo\u017enost m\u00edt alespo\u0148 n\u00e1jem ve st\u00e1tn\u00edm byt\u011b a spolu s n\u00edm i trval\u00fd pobyt, v t\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo tak\u00e9 velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9, \u0161lo o \u010d\u00e1stku zhruba desetiny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho platu, co\u017e dnes pochopiteln\u011b neplat\u00ed. Po sametov\u00e9 revoluci se ale za\u010dalo s byty obchodovat a pron\u00e1jmy tak\u00e9 poskytovaly soukrom\u00e9 osoby. Jestli\u017ee si pak zvol\u00edte tento zp\u016fsob bydlen\u00ed, jste z\u00e1visl\u00ed na n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouv\u011b a tak\u00e9 na rozhodnut\u00ed pronaj\u00edmatele, kter\u00fd se vyjad\u0159uje k va\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o trval\u00fd pobyt v dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b.
